SEPTEMBER COLOR SCHEME
There's something so warm and inviting about this palette, yet it still holds a bit of mystery. The gold and the muted green hold it down for the earth tones, while the plum and violet colors bring out the luxuriousness of jewel tones. Many of these colors can be paired together to create a color scheme for the home, maybe replace the light mauve with a beige or tan if you'd like something more neutral and then bring the space to life using the jewel tones as accents in the decor. Highlight your finishes with a gold metallic or even a blackened bronze and you'll soon be living in the lap of luxury.
Since most of these colors are are so subdued and less saturated it's easier to mix the tones together without them clashing or feeling overwhelming. In fashion, find a jewel-toned knit dress or top (plum or violet), then pair it with a camel colored coat that leans a little more towards a golden caramel color than brown, lastly, finish off the look with some soft sage green jewelry and a nude shoe and BOOM, you've got yourself a beautiful fall outfit.
