PROJECT DESIGN STATEMENT

MR. & MRS. PEREZ'S ACCOUNTING FIRM/PERSONAL RESIDENCE
The Perez & Perez Accounting Firm, located on the first floor of this modern brick building, will showcase a comfortable yet professional work environment. The luxuriousness of the furniture will be a nice complement to the industrial aesthetic of the overall space. There will be a large gourmet kitchen, accessible to the 2nd floor, adjacent to a dining room that will be sound proofed and locked up during business hours, with a private entrance on the back patio. The second floor of this building will be the Perez’s personal residence. This personal residence will combine the organic flow of nature with modern elegance to create an exotic escape from their work space below.
